1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the dj47 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, betting markets, and associated services — you ("the Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and dj47 ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your use of our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dj47 platform and close your account. Access to dj47 is a privilege, not a right, and we reserve the discretion to restrict or terminate access to any player at any time in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of dj47 is restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and gambling activities are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of dj47 or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from dj47 or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

dj47 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age — including a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point during the registration process or before processing any withdrawal. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of dj47 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following rules apply to all dj47 accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — for any reason, including to claim a welcome bonus more than once — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. This information must match the identity documents you provide during verification. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dj47 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

dj47 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 will require completed KYC verification before processing. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dj47 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There are no fees charged by dj47 on deposits, although your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own charges independently of dj47. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. dj47 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. dj47 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.3 Bonus Funds

Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. dj47 reserves the right to remove bonus funds that have not been used within the stated validity period.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Only deposit funds that you can genuinely afford to lose. dj47 does not provide credit and is not responsible for any financial hardship arising from deposits made on the platform. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

dj47 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all dj47 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• dj47 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagers are honoured.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

The following general principles apply across all game types:

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games and virtual table games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that every outcome is independent, unpredictable, and fair. 6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket and sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by specific sports betting rules covering event cancellation, settlement procedures, and void bet policies. In the case of an abandoned match or an event cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the market-specific rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

dj47 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players in Bangladesh. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dj47 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with game systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or mathematical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting strategy intended to defraud the platform or other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, including using another person's identity documents for KYC purposes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the dj47 platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or threatening communication with dj47 support staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

dj47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and promotional credits — may be forfeited at dj47's discretion. Where account closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach (for example, following a player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the dj47 platform — including but not limited to the dj47 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — are the exclusive property of dj47 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dj47 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is made available on dj47 under licence. Any trademarks belonging to those studios are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dj47 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming sessions, or losses arising from technical failures.

dj47's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dj47's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.

The dj47 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own device and internet connection to access the platform securely.

12. Amendments to These Terms

dj47 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email to their registered address and/or via an on-platform notification banner. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the dj47 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
